Program description

Every 5 Minutes may send text messages related to addiction recovery resources, treatment inquiries, admissions support, insurance verification, scheduling, follow-up, and customer service. You will only receive messages after providing your consent.

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us and the nature of your inquiry.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Privacy

Carrier liability

Not an emergency service

Text messaging with Every 5 Minutes is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988.
